While a sheet is displayed, many menu items which allow navigation to another page, such as most of the Go and Bookmarks menus, are enabled, and if chosen will navigate the browser behind the sheet. It is especially odd in the case of Javascript alert and prompt sheets, which are associated with the page.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bring up a sheet. For instance, open multiple tabs and attempt to close the window.
2. Select a command which navigates the window, or press its shortcut. For instance, press Cmd-B.
Actual Results:
The window navigates to, for instance, the Bookmark Manager.

Expected Results:
Page should stay put, at least for Javascript sheets. Preferably the menu items should be disabled.
