"check new mail every..." bad wording, could be news as well

Details
Currently the account manager settings present a
"check for new _mail_ every N minutes" option.
The same wording is shown for news server, there should be either a distinction
between mail and news server or more easily to implement the neutral wording:
"check for new messages every 'n' minutes"

Personally, I like the neutral wording. Marking M17.
