The Help window still uses the older icons and has not yet been upgraded by Radiant Core.

1.Help -> Help Contents OR F1
2.Icons are from old theme
3.

Actual Results:  
The icons in the toolbar are from the old theme.

Expected Results:  
The icons in the toolbar should be from the new theme.
