I am trying to open Float Agent Mobile application as I have done without any problems many times before, today however I keep getting this error message;
Error OE : 0028 : C00587C9, which to be honest means absolutly nothing to me, I have restartde and still get the message what can I do about this before losing information from my phone ?.
Sorry if this is the wrong place but cannt find anything of assistance anywhere else on the Mozilla pages.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Float Agents Shortcut
2. Error message appears after it say please wait while FMA updates.
3. Told to hit enter to continue or restart blah 

Actual Results:  
I have to restart the computer. 

Expected Results:  
I expect to be able to use the application.

Float Agent Mobile isn't anything to do with Mozilla. Why did you file this bug ?
