User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.6) Gecko/20060728 Firefox/1.5.0.6 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.6) Gecko/20060728 Firefox/1.5.0.6 reproduced on three pcs, with fresh os installs. firefox windows open up at the top left of the screen as TINY windows. When Maximized, these windows do not contain anything other than a grey background. This is spontaneous, and does not always occur. This DOES occur even though the windows have never been resized to that small, and it is always the same result, tiny windows, in upper left corner. These windows are useless consequently, and must be closed and restarted. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Is completely random, and occurs on more than three computers under different circumstances, 2.Open more than twelve windows, give or take 3.restart windows if it doesnt occur, and eventually it will. Actual Results: Open more than twelve windows, occurs more often. Expected Results: grey, useless windows, initially very small.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1b1) Gecko/20060810 BonEcho/2.0b1 Never seen this. Can you also reproduce this when you run a fresh Firefox installation (in a new clean folder) with a new profile without any extensions?
WFM Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20061217 Minefield/3.0a1 Steve, followup responses are helpful, after your initial report.
