Larry, could you please provide more information on what you were doing when this happened, and how specifically Firefox wouldn't respond to keypresses? Could you not type in textareas, could you not enter text into the search or location bar, could you not use Cmd+T to open a new tab, etc.? Also, what version of Firefox are you using.
As of 8/12, the problem seems to have resolved itself...I did shut down and restart...when the problem occurred I had logged on to yahoo mail and was trying to open emails...
