A number of users reported being unable to submit talkback crash reports this morning.

http://talkback-public.mozilla.org loads fine for me, so at least the website works.

Yes it's down for me too:
"The agent is unable to connect to the server. Please check your proxy settings or try again later."
I don't use a proxy mind.

There was a short outage on one of the Talkback servers, but it was only temporary and was fixed shortly after I was notified.
For future reference, the sysadmins and myself get notified when any production Talkback servers have problems, so we will most likely always get things back up as soon as possible.
Also, Talkback processing often falls behind due to high load during the peak hours during the week. If there is a small backlog, I would recommend that people wait out the backlog until it recovers (usually a couple of hours). We start getting paged when it reaches 5000 and check for problems, but unless it gets to close to 10000, there usually isn't anything broken.
