Steps: 1. have someone else file a bug against you 2. try to create an attachment expected results: a way to mark the bug as ASSI from the creation page. Comparitive: 1. have someone else file a bug against themselves 2. try to create an attachment actual results: you can change a bug to ASSI you IFF it wasn't assigned_to=you. This is discrimination against owners of bugs! :)
