Firefox Central will continue to be the target of the "Getting Started" bookmark in future versions of Firefox, but we're going to make it less of a first run experience (which will instead be handled by bug 345805) and more of a "how to start using Firefox and the web" that is applicable to all versions of Firefox.
We can optionally do some JS detection and display version-specific information; people without JS enabled just won't see this information.
