348872 - tag button won't stay on main toolbar

when I customize the main toolbar and want to add TAG button - there is a Tag button in the list of available buttons but it misses the icon for it and when I place it on my main toolbar or any toolbar - all I see is a blank space . 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Customize the main toolbar
2.Find the Tag button in the list of buttons
3.you will see no icon near it
4.When it is dragged and dropped to the main toolbar - you see no icon there as well, just a blank space



Expected Results:  
The icon should present

The tag function still works when you click on the blank space where the icon should be located.

See this too on Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060816 Thunderbird/3.0a1 ID:2006081604.

I can drag the tag button to the main toolbar, but once I close the "Customize Toolbar"-window, it's removed again.

Sorry, I think I accidentally closed the customize with the x-close button, not ok. So this is wfm for me.

->WFM (FIXED is only used when known code changes resolved the issue)
