Doubleclick on a folder and funny things happen

Details
If you double click on a foldername in the Mail Folders pane the following
errors happens:
- A new mail window appears
- A arrow appears to the left of the foldername indicating that the folder has
subfolders

The funny behavior of getting an arrow is bug #33820.
We also have funny behavior in sorting, ref bug #33817.
Your point about getting a new mail window is a feature, bug #31805, which I
believe we will ultimately have a pref for.
