348943 - All Tabs image needs refining; maybe tab scroll buttons do too

The All Tabs button is very plain, with a tiny caret.  It would look much more like a functional button using images like those in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=232865 (an attachment to bug 347616).  If bug 347616 actually lands, this would also provide visual consistency between the two locations.

I don't think the left and right tab strip scroll buttons look much like scroll buttons, either (more like Go buttons, in fact), and IMO they could benefit from being styled similarly, except with left- and right-facing black carets.

The All-Tabs button is OK as a caret/drop down, but the scroll buttons need to do the following:

 - the button should look like a background tab when in the disabled state
 - the arrow should be black, and thinner, more like the drop-down caret to carry the association between these controls (much as pkasting suggests)

We'll actually get all of this resolved in bug 350687; there are several dupes open on this and related issues, so let's get it all wrapped up there.
