It should be possible to insert all-day events (rather than adding them to end).
It should be possible to edit all-day events without changing the order of the events.

Should be permitted to insert where event desired, and edit all-day event without changing sequence of events.

Could you provide a detailed step-by-step description to reproduce your problem? I don't understand your problem report, especially where you insert and add what. Where do you observe the results (views, unifinder, ICS file)?
