Patch removes connectionPrefs.xul and .js from /m/cal/sunbird/base/content/pref and connectionPrefs.dtd from locales. Also removes the .dtd from locales' jar.mn. LXR search for connectionPrefs.dtd: http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/search?string=connectionPrefs.dtd
