349018 - Can't upload largish extension

I'm trying to submit our extension. I entered our Windows XPI into the submission form and pressed "Next", but it just sat there "Waiting for addons.mozilla.org..." for about 15 minutes. I retried but with the same result. This may be the issue mentioned in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=314664 since our extension is 3.89Mb (although someone suggested that the limited might have been increased since then). Considering that our Mac XPI contains universal binaries and is therefore 11Mb, what is the right course of action to get them onto AMO?

I'm going to take this for now, and get Matthew to upload stub extensions.  We will make the switch out of band, once all else is lined up.

Resolving this, as the process was pretty successful as far as it went.
