When replying to a message with inline images, Page Up/Down keys will not go past the images.

EXPECTED:

Page Up/Down scroll up or down to the beginning/end of the message.
Summary: Page Up/Down do not work in reply → Page Up/Down do not work in reply with inline images
This also happens on Linux with a recent Thunderbird trunk build.  Note you can get around this by resorting to the up or down arrows (at least on Linux).
