Active and inactive tabs do not have enough visual distinction with regards to color, making it difficult to distinguish between the two.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a few tabs.
2. Look at them.
3. Notice that there is very little color contrast between active and inactive tabs.

Actual Results:  
Cannot easily distinguish between active and inactive tabs.

Expected Results:  
Should be able to easily distinguish between active and inactive tabs.
