User-Agent: Opera/9.01 (Windows NT 5.1; U; en) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0(Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.6) Gecko/20060728 Firefox/1.5.0.6 I have enjoyed your browser until now. For a while, your auto-installation deleted my bookmarks and at times, reverted to a full screen new window - rather than a new window of the currently displayed size. Then the problem was fixed for the next few revisions. Now - you have cost me many hours of work because I did not back up my current bookmarks; I was lulled by the fact that the problems appeard to be corrected. Now - I am angry. You did not give me any choice as to allow you to update my browser or not. Thus - you suprised me and destroyed my bookmarks. I will no longer use this browser. I am switching to Opera. It is not as good as Firefox, but I will no longer have to worry about unannounced updates that restore old bugs in the browser. Les Abrams Reproducible: Always Actual Results: N/A Expected Results: N/A Not deleted my bookmarks and not had the new window sizing problem.

Terribly sorry about inconvenience. Fortunately Firefox keeps a 5-day running backup of your bookmarks. If you'd like to try recovering them, you can find them by going to Start -> Run -> Enter %appdata%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles -> click on the folder similar to xxxxxxx.default -> open the bookmarkbackups folder -> choose a relevant backup -> import into browser of choice. See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Lost_bookmarks for further details
