349261 - Customize Toolbar box appearing makes menu bar in TB 2.0a1 go totally dead

Bringing up the Customize Toolbar box within TB 2.0a1 (20060818) causes the menu bar to become totally unfunctional, forcing users to have to restart the program just to get it to work again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right-click on the mail toolbar.
2.Chose "Customize" from the menu that pops up.
3.After the Customize Toolbar appears, close and try access anything from the menu bar.
Actual Results:  
The menu bar wouldn't work at all.

Expected Results:  
Any function from the menu bar should be able to be accessed by simply clicking anything there (i.e. File, Edit, View, Go, Message, Tools, Help).

Restarting the program got the menu bar working again.

BTW: I first noticed the problem with my default TB profile, and it still appeared even after I created an entirely new one.
