Build: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060819 Minefield/3.0a1

When the WWW Refresh key (available on some keyboards) is pressed, the current document is reloaded - and if the focus happens to be in chrome (e.g. the address bar or the find bar), the chrome is reloaded without warning, and all tabs are replaced by a single tab of about:blank

Steps to reproduce:
1. Focus chrome (easiest is to focus the address bar)
2a. Press the WWW Refresh key
2b. (if no such key) compile and execute the attached program (it's on a 1sec timer)

Expected results:
The current content page is reloaded

Actual results:
The chrome is reloaded, removing any tabs currently in the browser

(On Seamonkey, the window just magically closes instead)
