When i begen a download a file and for some reason my connection to the internet fails. It will leave a file on my desktop which is my download location. I can't delete this file and I have tried to use programs that allow me to see what things are accessing the file but it says none. I now have two icons on my desktop that I can't delete and I don't know what to do. I have even tried logging in safe mode but I still cant delete them.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download a file
2.loose connection to internet
3. Try and delete the file
I am running Windows XP Media Center Edition
