349390 - Approval: change a default rss reader of ko locale

Bloglines, Yahoo and google are default right now. All of them do
not give korean version. bloglines and google are popular in korea,
but yahoo is no. We want to change yahoo to
http://www.hanrss.com/add_sub.qst?url=%s. I attached my statistics of
feedburner.

Most of korean have Hanmail account, so I added rss.daum.net to first users to use rss feeds.

Mic, the patch inserts Han as first and Daum as second RSS reader. The remaining order of Bloglines, My Yahoo, Google Reader stays unchanged. Is that OK?
