1. Open a new (empty) tab.
2. Load the mentioned URL.
3. Click on the tab itself, to focus it.
4. Press 'Tab' once.
5. Wait for +/- 1 second.
r. The tab window display becomes all scrambled <-- bug !
6. Press 'Tab' again. (for example)
r. The display is back to normal.

That could be my computer/display only ?
Or some weird display update in Gecko ?

Looks like a video driver problem. How many colours is your display set to?
