User should be able to drag-and-drop an e-mail address to the Write button, and by doing so create a new e-mail message with the selected address as the "To:".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select an e-mail address from displayed text within a Thunderbird message, or another application (e.g. Firefox)
2. If testing within Thunderbird, drag and drop selected text on Write button.  If testing from another app, drag text to Thunderbird button on taskbar, wait for Thunderbird to appear, then drop on Write button.
3.  Anxiously await a compose window that will never come.
Actual Results:  
Cursor shows the circle-with-line-through-it symbol when dragged over any part of the main Thunderbird window, with the exception of the Subject/sender search box.  Releasing mouse button over the Write button produces no response.

Expected Results:  
Upon dropping the address, a compose window should pop up with the dragged address as the "To:".

I changed my idea.
I think that always clicking the email address should be displayed the default MUA ... then it seems pointless.

But cc: clarkwb to evaluate.
