please dont ignore something is wrong with the uninstall 

i tryed too uninstall but it whont go too uninstall window ... 

i also lost all my favorites is there any way i can get thease favorites back ?

also when i go too websites that require some popups the whole thing just crashes 

and it sends a error report ..

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go too uninstal
2.press uninstall 
3.whont uninstall 

Actual Results:  
1)it whont uninstall ....

2)i lost my favorites in internett explorrer ?

3)i cannot view my websites i want too view ... like ultimateguitar.com 

Expected Results:  
1)uninstalled

2) tranferd my favorites

3) not shutdown everytime i go too a website

i wish for some one too contact me @ [e-mail] if possible 

if not im looking @ whiping out my computer =( and i hope i dont have too do this process
