Bug exists on the windows too, it's very clear when you choose a theme with dark menu.

Can confirm for pixmap-engine-based themes or for normal engines (such as clearlooks or murrine) until restarting Firefox.
In case with "... until restarting ..." colors touches not only menu separators but also inputs, control's text etc.
