The images shown on any website that i enter are unclear. They are pixelated and blurry, even if i refresh the page or if i save the image.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open window
2. enter site
3. view image

Actual Results:  
The images remain pixelated and unclear.

Expected Results:  
The images should be clear.

Take note, all images whether jpeg, etcetera are blurry and pixelated. the pixelation of the imagesis retained even if pictures are downloaded from the internet to the computer.
