In prefs | Cookies when Site is clicked it generates an IPF of type GKHTML.DLL

Not sure what you mean when you say "when Site is clicked". You are talking
about the cookies&images pref panel I presume. On the panel there is no
"Site" to click on. The closest that I can come up with is a button that
says "View Image Sites". Is that what you are referring to. If so, clicking
it works fine for me, so I'm closing this bug report out.
If I've misunderstood you, please supply more details and reopen the report.
