linkify the "Please visit the XXX home page for more information" on error in the software update dialog

suggested by robert.

spun off from bug #329729

robert also suggested that we simplified the wording, as he felt that "Please visit the XXX home page for more information" could be improved.

note, to see this you'd have to fail to load the licenseURL or the detailsURL for a major update.

Instead of showing the error we now display the manual update page so this is no longer worthwhile doing.
