Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Right-click any folder/bookmark under Bookmarks 2. Choose "Properties" 3. Press "OK" 4. Move the mouse over the Bookmarks menu. Actual Results: No :hover styles applied to the button. Expected Results: "Bookmarks" style should change, according to the theme CSS.
