349729 - Missing "Get Extensions" link on Add-On -> Extensions dialog

There is no "Get Extensions" link on the Add-On->Extensions dialog.  Not sure if this is intensional (with the de-branding effor of nightly builds) but there is definitely no link on Linux.  Confirmed on Win32 and Mac also.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Tools -> Add-Ons
2.Extensions Tab
3.No link...

Actual Results:  
No link...

Expected Results:  
Link to Calendar extensions page

I'm now getting the following when opening the Add-ons Manager

Seems that Thunderbird has the same problem, see Bug 349574 Comment #7 and Bug 349574 Comment #8.

Fixing bug 350123 should fix this as well.

Verified fixed in 
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060909 Calendar/0.3a2+

This was fixed by the checkins in bug 350055 and bug 350123.
