As I went through the accessibility pages today, I noticed there are a number of spelling and grammar errors. I'd be happy to make small changes here and there as I stumble across them.
Afaik, we don't accept general CVS account requests for webtree anymore. However, if you would file bugs under the mozilla.org :: www.mozilla.org component about the issues you describe and attach patches to fix them, we'll be glad to look at them and commit them to CVS for you if they are valid. Be sure to request review on any patches you attach (by changing the selectbox to '?' for the "review" flag). Thanks!
