Details
Save Image As should remember the last directory
you tried to save something in and give that as
a default. This is how NS 4.X worked and it
was sensible.

Duh, sorry ... meant to add: This works correctly on win32(win2000), but does
not remember the previously used directory on mac 2000040809 and linux (debug
build 04/08)

I'd guess that this would use the same facility described in bug 32014,
"Need to remember last-saved-in directory for file downloads" or in
bug 24625, "Add MRU list for folders/directories to File Save dialogs"
(which the former may or may not be a DUP of). CC-ing law@netscape.com,
the assignee of the latter.

this is a stale bug. it has not been touch in 30 days. i have tested it on the
new 200000803 build for linux and it still accurs like discribed in the origonal
message
