did you only install navigator and had a pop account in 4.x? if so its a dupl of 
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/showvotes.cgi?bug_id=14645, can you vote for this 
bug for me, and add a I see this too comment, I can't seem to get the netscape 
people to believe me on this one. :)
If not please report bug to netscape and not bugzilla -grin-

reporter this may also be a dupe of bug 17332 - it's hard to tell from your lac kof description. If it's not a dupe then it will be 
closed as invalid.

Appears to be of dup of bug 17332, and also since this was reported as a
Netscape 6 bug marking as invalid.  Please do not report Netscape bugs to
mozilla.  Use the feedback form given in the above link by kennedyh.  Thanks.
