Details
Using Windows NT 4 SP5 on i386 platform PII-450MHz 128MB RAM. Compiled M14
with VC6. Cannot navigate to any SLL pages. HTTPS: protocol (SSL) cannot find
the "Personal Security Manager" (PSM.EXE).

You need to download the PSM seperately.
At the same time there were other issues with M14 and PSM. I would suggest
getting a newer build. M14 is very old and thus can't really do anything.

I pulled it down yesterday using CVS. I didn't know M14 was very old
already :) I just recall previous versions worked. I wasn't aware of PSM
issues as it wasn't on the most commonly reported bug list.
