Google is providing the translation for chrome/browser/safebrowsing/eula.dtd.
As I understand, this needs approval to be checked in(?). Seeking approval for this, using the english version until this is cleared.

Created attachment 235296 [details] nn-NO eula (#2 equiv.) Attaching nn-NO (norwegian nynorsk) translation of the same text. There are only syntactic differences. Thanks to Vebjørn Sture (vsture at gmail) for the translation.
Bug 350422 moved the text to web content. I'm updating the web content now to use your translation and to include the nn-NO version.
