Description

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; fr; rv:1.8.0.6) Gecko/20060728 Firefox/1.5.0.6
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; fr; rv:1.8.0.6) Gecko/20060728 Firefox/1.5.0.6

I defragmented my C: (unique) disk as Administrator.
As an User with privileges, Firefox subsequently generated nearly continuous 100% CPU load.
Problem immediately disappeared when I emptied the former pages cache memory using
Tools - Option - Privacy - Cache (forgive the probably improper translation of menu items from French).

Reproducible: Didn't try

Actual Results:
Problem immediately disappeared when I emptied the former pages cache memory using
Tools - Option - Privacy - Cache (forgive the probably improper translation of menu items from French).

Expected Results:
Like 50% CPU load.
