350053 - cannot report broken sites when non-english characters are in titlebar

I am an admitted SilkRoad Online addict, when trying to check their website out on the the nightly branch build from yesterday, I realized I cannot even look at the site because it is for some reason not supported.  I then attempted to report this problem and found that FireFox would either hang or error when trying to report site.  It will report various errors ranging from "A problem with the website" to strange non-ascii characters and then tell me to click "Finish."

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit test URL
2. report the website

Actual Results:  
it should hang or error out

Expected Results:  
FireFox should report the site as non-working

It would also be pretty cool if someone could fix the compatibility issue with this site.  It's getting annoying having to go back and fourth between IE and FireFox to use this site.
