I would like to be able to distinguish Intel Mac results for PPC Mac in Litmus. Can we add this as a choice?
This is a trivial change to make. The only real decision here regards existing results. Do we want to assign existing results submitted for the Mac platform to PPC or Intel?

I know that this came up once before and it seemed that people did not want this change made then. Probably a good idea to make sure that this is something that people want, although I agree that there should be some way to track this. Existing results should probably be assigned to PPC I should think.

OS: Mac OS X 10.3 → Mac OS X 10.4
Hardware: Macintosh → PC
Timeless: the UI is just the basic "enter your system configuration information" screen in Litmus, the one you get right before you go to run tests.

Given that I replace the current Mac option with "Mac (PPC)" and add a new "Mac (Intel)" option, we can only be sure that the results for OS X 10.2 and 10.3 actually belong to PPC. We have no way to divide up the 10.4 results accurately, so I could either set all the 10.4 results to Intel or simply leave them as PPC. Which would people prefer?
I've added the Mactel option to the production install so people can have this option available ASAP. Please ping me if you think existing results should be Mactel instead of PPC.
