STR:

 1. Go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_search
 2. Click the search engine drop down, and add the Wikipedia search engine

Expected: search engine to be added and blue glow to go away
Actual  : blue glow stays

I'm pretty sure that this is because Wikipedia isn't including a "title" attribute in the link element:

<link rel="search" type="application/opensearchdescription+xml" href="/w/opensearch_desc.php" />
Nominating for blocking, as I can see this being really annoying, not to mention the fact that it breaks the meaning of the blue-glow in the search chrome.
