Maximize your Firefox window, then minimize it.  Finally, open an
external link that opens into a new tab.  Firefox pops back up, but in the
un-maximized state.

FYI, I always assumed that Bug 213944 was describing this same bug, but it may not be.  Further, no one wants to reopen that bug, so I have created this one, which is also Firefox-specific.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Maximize your Firefox window, then minimize it.  Finally, open an
external link that opens into a new tab.  
Actual Results:  
Firefox pops back up, but in the
un-maximized state.

Expected Results:  
Firefox pops back up, and in its previous maximized state.
