For consistency, the color of the arrows used for controlling the tab bar should be the same. Currently, the scroll arrows are green and the drag arrow is purple.

Reproducible: Always

There has been some discussion about the green tab scroll arrows looking to much like the "forward/back" arrows or the "go" arrow. Changing the color of these arrows to purple would eliminate different controls having the same color and make all the tab bar arrows the same color.
