Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.0.6) Gecko/20060728 Firefox/1.5.0.6 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.0.6) Gecko/20060728 Firefox/1.5.0.6 This is the same problem as reported in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=142364 but for OSX. The talkback wizard indicates that the 'Cancel' button can be used to exit from the talkback dialog, but does not provide a 'Cancel' button. Further, the talkback wizard cannot be readily disabled by using open-apple-q, or quit, or ctl-alt-escape; in the end I used Activity Monitor to kill it. When I restarted firefox, the talkback wizard restarted as well, and continued to be unstoppable - I gave up and selected 'disable and quit'. Please either add a cancel button, or change the dialog. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Crash firefox. 2.Talkback wizard starts 3.
