You should be able to click on the generated content icon
(such as the current "div" and "span" icons). The icon itself and the contents
(all children of the <div> or <span>) should show as selected.
Test case:
1. Type some text on a new line
2. Center the text using the toolbar menu.
The [div] icon should appear at the begining of the line (you may have to
resize the screen to force it to display - that's a layout display problem).
Click on the icon -- should select the icon and all text on the line.
