That bug was closed and there are no instructions to "reopen" that I can find. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click on a link in OE 2. 3. Actual Results: An "explore" window opens (note: not an IE window). I've set FF as the default, changed the URL file types to turn off DDE. Expected Results: A browser window to open with the appropriate link resolved.
