Note the tab needs to be dragged to the new position and the mouse button release just as the dialog pops up to cause the failure. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open www.google.com 2. Open a page that generates "Website Certified by an Unknown Authority" dialog in new tab (e.g. https://www.sed.hu/roadmap/index.php/GCC_release_4.2 ) 3. Move new tab about Actual Results: If tab is moved just as "Website... " dialog appears, the tab will not finish moving and the dialog will not take any input Expected Results: Browser continues working...
