en-GB component isn't in sync w/ the other children

Is there any reason this isn't "en-GB / British"?
And what does "Localization of English UK" mean? I will admit to not being a en-GB speaker, but I was pretty sure that en-GB was related to en-US and I can't parse that, at least not to mean what every other similar component means.
The language is 'English', not 'British'. 

We also have "es-AR - Spanish Argentina", which is similar in this context (but badly needs a comma after 'Spanish').

Resolving this as WFM. Also fixed the comma issue that marek notes in the bug.
