Using Thunderbird 1.5.0.5, the Enter key on my HP Pavilion dv4000 laptop frequently fails to function. This only began happening upon upgrading to version 1.5.0.5.

This happens fairly frequently, and seems reproducible by following these steps:
1) Power on laptop (wake it up from the usual 'hibernation' mode)
2) Open Thunderbird.
3) Click Start, then Run, then "cmd" and click OK
4) Type a command, hit enter. It doesn't work! The command appears fine (all other keys function), but pressing enter fails to do anything.
5) Close thunderbird.
6) Enter key functions normally again.

This affects the enter key in all applications, not just the command window, but the sequence above is a very reproducible set of steps.
