Steps to reproduce: 1. download file (see URL for example) 2. select download location 3. download manager appears and shows download complete 4. file is empty. regression since 2006-08-29
Happens on trunk and on linux as well.
OS: Windows XP → All

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060830 Minefield/3.0a1 ID:2006083010 [cairo] WFM downloaded a file opened the folder and the filesize is fine (x.x Mb)
for the record, that's using a zip build (fwiw)
this is not specific to firefox for me. => invalid. damn hughes network!
