When running Firefox 2.0b1 on Macintosh OSX 10.4.7, the main Firefox desktop menu bar remains active when the (File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, Window, help) are selected. The menu does not lose focus when clicking on the main web page. The menu bar item has can only be closed by clicking on the menu item again. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox 
2. Select active Firefox desktop menu item such as "File"
3. Click anywhere on the Firefox page area.

Actual Results:  
The main Firefox menu will remain open. 

Expected Results:  
The active Firefox menu item should close and lose focus once the web page area is clicked on or selected.

There has not been any more recent action on this bug and it has not been able to be reproduced on more recent Firefox builds.
